Law enforcement request policy

Bksbex occasionally receives requests for customer information from law enforcement agencies around the world. Here is some information for you and law enforcement to refer to on how to handle these requests.

Law enforcement agencies are generally interested in two types of data: customer identity information and transaction activity information. We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies and only respond to law enforcement requests from law enforcement officers who are authorized and can provide proof of authorization.

We disclose account information records to international law enforcement agencies in accordance with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Bksbex requires that law enforcement requests must be accompanied by appropriate legal process in order for us to provide disclosure information.

Bksbex welcomes questions from law enforcement agencies about its policies and procedures. Please visit https://bksbex.biz/ to contact us.

When sending a law enforcement request, please include the following information:

Name of law enforcement agency;

Document proving that law enforcement officer has the authority to obtain information (authorization certificate);

Proof of law enforcement officer’s identity (law enforcement agency internal certificate);

Investigation letter issued by law enforcement agency;

Email address with government domain name;

Clearly define the name of the legal entity corresponding to the information required by law enforcement;

Specific content of customer information requested;

Other details, including providing a reasonable time limit and requiring international law enforcement agencies to provide relevant judicial documents required by the International Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty. Bksbex reserves the right to disclose to law enforcement agencies to protect itself and its customers.
